Well, I will most definitely be going. Weather or not I shoot depends on whether I get the new cables that I'm getting for my bow working before the shoot. NIGHTMARE!!! I just got the damn thing tuned and shooting well for these tournaments and three strands in the string break!!!! Whys is it that a bow always starts to shoot really well just before something breaks??? :mad

:mad :mad :mad :mad :mad :mad

This is the first tournament I will shoot at MAC as a member of another club, so I would like to do well.
Normally, when I was a member there, I could never shoot their tournaments well. THIS TIME, IT WILL BE DIFFERENT!!!!! (I hope) :rolleyes

The night before the last shoot at MAC, My string also broke, I Mannaged to make & put a new string on over night. The first arrow i shot the next morning went straight over the target smashing into the Brick Wall behind the target. Good Luck!

Looks like it's going to be a windy day. All my memories of the Holdworth trophy are of ankle deep mud and gail force winds. Looks like you won't have the mud bit this year.

Good luck guys, let us know how you go.

I was trying to work out why I could not hold the bow still on the gold, but by reading the other posts I guess it must of been because of the WIND!!!
I did not even make it to 1000.
At least Greg mannaged to get XXX, mind you it did take till the last end of the day.

It wasn't bad at all at DVA. 2 of us shot outdoor rounds and didn't struggle with it.
Any idea when the results will be posted?
