Try ur best to be not nervous i.e listen to music and that helps you to relaxe you need to keep cool even if you don't shot in to the 10 ring or the target. when you shot relaxe and try your best to shot the best shot possible. :D I pressume you are shoting indoors as well, the noise of all the bows firing can also be intimadating so don't let it get to ur head because if you do you'll flinch and also you might make forward releases which would completele ruin your shot. Good luck

What not to think: How your score is going, or where the last arrow landed.

What to think: About making the current shot the best shot you can do.

In indoor, IMHO it's best to treat it as 30 individual arrows, rather than a round to achieve a score. When you start thinking about score, that's when you're likely to choke.

Concentrate on your form, and your shot sequence. Shoot every individual arrow as well as you can, and the score will come.

If you miss with your last arrow, take a short moment to perhaps think about why you missed, but them forget it, and move on. Shoot the next arrow like it was your first.
