Perhaps you are trying too hard? It seems that you are placing too much emphasis on the tournament - just shoot in a tournament as if it was practice, and you'll be fine

sounds alot like me it might be because you are nervous causing your hands to tense and yea you might just be trying too hard.

approach a tournament like it is practice, just take it easy, and dont worry abot the outcome. And try and enter every tournament you possibly can for the practice, eventually it'll be second nature.

hey,

do you use a spotting scope when you shoot?, cause when i use it in comp mode i find i ajust my bow after every shot, cause im thinking too much!, so if you are using a scope only use ittwice or somthing like thatjust get out there and shoot!

with a billion stars out there you to do good in a competitions is really a minor thingie in cosmic perspective :D :D :D .
Just go out there with the goal of at least doing one good shot, and repeat that goal from start to end taking every shot as unique, don't care bout score counting till last arrow is launched... :D :D

Thanks everyone, after listen to all the comment, i realised i have been taking it too seriously. I guess now i learn to just enjoy the game.. even if its a bad arrow. Just went through another competition, Hee  .. i almost hit my personal best this time.. i felt so relieve after that, guess i need to learn to relax and gain more confident slowly for now.

Thanks Guys!
