cartel arrows

Has any one tried the new carbon arrows by cartel.

Peter showed me some today at the shop and they look worth considering . any feedback

Yeah I've been given three to try out and so far am impressed, however the proof will come once I get a chance to shoot more and get back to form, and once I get a whole set to try.

The shafts are very very straight and feel great in the hand. The nocks are typical out nocks and are a bit small in the thoat. The points look very nice but I have one that is either bent or not in straight, so worth paying attention to.

The build quality looks nice, I think they will be a very popular arrow and as they are between a ACE and X10 in weight and only about $30 each they should make a great target arrow.

If I see you soon Bruce you are welcome to try the ones I have out, we grouped straight away with them at indoor so give em a shot. However watch the weight as you will notice a speed drop from the ACE's.

Speed isn't to much of an issue for me with my draw length and bow weight . I usually shoot 60 # and around 29 inchdraw length . The price and value is what appeals to me more . I want to try a set with my new bow when I get it

Well when you get it let me know and worse comes to worse I'll send you over the samples I have to play with. They are long enough for you and the spine should be about right, maybe a little whippy.

I have been shooting my new cartel arrows for a few weeks now and I am wrapped in them , they are a little heavy ,mine weigh in at 360 gn but as I only want them for maked field they will be fine .


I am going to shoot an IFAA this weekend with them so I will see how my scores go
