Crap! arrows should be half as long as the bow... hmmm... mine are almost the same length... :-? :wink:

If you built a bow using those directions then the arrow formula is reasonably.
That way you will not overdraw it and have the bow break - which can be painful.
The bow is only a metre long. And they cannot spell metre:
A dead hardwood stick about 1 meter in length for the bow
Remember this is a survival bow written for a wide variety of recipients ... some of whom may struggle to tie up their shoes!
