Just wanted to know, does more strands an cables affect Bow speed?

yes, heavier the string, the slower the bow (but your only talking 10fps at the extremes).

From my experience, cable circumference doesn't have an affect on speed.

Providing it is small enough to run smoothly within the cam grooves.

cables dont realy effect speed, Think about it they run up and down.
