Help with Spring rest tension setup

On a spring rest with the arrow at full draw should the rest be just holding the arrow up, or a little bit stiff I have a gkf golden premier and the indicator is in the middle of the yellow after the shot. :roll:

Just set the rest square then do a powder test for contact issues then do a paper tune. and your done

I don't like that rest to move under the weight of th arrow. I have Erika's setup so that the spring will move easily but will hold the arrow up during the draw process and at rest.

From the sound of it you rest is more tunable than mine, but with my setup I have it such that before the bow is drawn, when the arrow weight on the rest is at its greatest the arrow actually pushes the rest down a little way, when the bow is drawn therefore reducing the weight on the rest, the rest comes up to its correct position.
