from what i gathered, with specifically designed presses for parallel limbs, they recommend the sureloc X-press, but who the heck can afford one of them.
Having said that, i haven't got experience with pressing bowtechs, im sure marcus will know for sure.

I just used my turnbuckle/chain press , worked well :D
I was told by the Australian distributor that as long as the limbs are pressed past the half-way point (towards the cams) no problems will ensue.

Theres a thread on here (or BHGA) with a real easy plan for a bow press.I think it was PeteW or someone.
I built it from the plan and it works really well.Cost me about $20.
I didnt do a very good job on it, and it still works!!( I even used my whole arse, but it still didnt look good.) :D

intersting.....
ok wheres should the pegs holding the bow go (or straps), on the riser near the limbs or on the limbs near the riser?
Also what about using a bowmaster handheld press on the bowtechs?

This what I used to use , much the same principal as the Bowmaster .
I would think the pressure point would be on the riser Steve .
