Just heard that in U14 boys Compound Andrew Cripps from Tas shot 338 and Sten Nigol from Vic shot 332. Still awaiting updates on the WA website. Both scores beat the Nationals record.
BTW this was Sten's first unmarked field event.

Marcus, with respect, we've only won three out of seventeen Field divisions. Isn't is a little presumptous to say we rule???
If we rule with three wins, we could be headed for a coup d'etat...

Hey we won in other divisions too! U16 Girls Recurve too!!
So the population of Victoria increased by 4 yesterday....Deadshot, Annie, westopher and ex-El Presidente :o
Those of us out west will cope just fine  though 2Dogs may be a bit concerned that Annie is now closer

Everyone wants to be Vicorian when we are winning!!!! :P
I can see why you're excited at the rare chance to increase Victoria's population this way then
(can you really call acquiring those 4 a benefit to Victoria, or are you taking WA's word for it :o :o ??????)

Well, we don't want WAians, but every society needs someone to do manual labour. :P :D

I hate to tell you this Marcus, but out of all of the Victorians that "rule", I failed to see any take any of the individual overalls. From what I remember, Jade Beatty (SA), Andrew Cripps (Tas), Kathryn Jankovic (NSW) and Chris Madeley (the mighty WA), won the individuals. Well, at least there's always next year.
PS. You can keep deadshot over there, we never wanted him here anyway (no offence or nothing Deadshot)

Geez you guys are dull. What do you want? Me to cheer for other states? Not going to happen.
Anyone know the overall team awards?

WA won the recurve teams event, by a good three or four hundred points over NSW.

If somebody has the details of the complete results of the junior nationals, could you please post them. Would like to see how individuals and states fared. Thanks :D

Close, but what we all know you meant to say was "I talk as if i am feeling myself"
Which is a lot more appropriate and in which case, if you have managed to have found it, congratulations but get your hand off it. :fist:

The results are also now on the AA Website and the medals are distributed as follows:
One would be hard pressed by any calculation to say the Vics were the "whippers"..... perhaps rather the "whippees"
But hey, well done to all who participated. A great week by all accounts.

BTW regardless of results, it's about time we all started taking an interest in the Junior Nationals. Afterall they are National champions now and it's something many will never get. Jr Nats are often ignored by adults, which is our sports failing.
Well done to all who competed, even if you are not Victorian!! :D

Mmmm... looks like NSW won on overall medal count!
But seriously like Marcus said we should all take a lot more notice of our juniors.
