How about we do a tricky one of which will be the two teams to play against each other for the World Cup itself? :-D

That's a good idea Progen. A little less straight forward will make it way more interesting.

may as well do the NRL grand final and semis.
Storm v Dragons will be a good game next week, as the Dragons took apart my team last night, they are on fire. And I find myself wanting Melbourne to smash them

How about the Formula 1 and Moto GP World Championships, theres 2 points between Schumacher and Alonso and the moment for F1 and around 20 points between Hayden and Rossi and the bikes.

MELBOURNE CUP....:thumb: And I am sure that is something that is already on the cards, but why not make it the winning trainer or winning jockey instead of the horse's names...

Because it;s the horse that does the running and the horse that gets shot if it falls over.

The ashes maybe?
We could have outcome betting...
Australia d. England 4-0 (with a washout) or
Australia d. England 5-0

And if it gets washed out twice?
How about an NZ vs. Aussie cricket - Champions Trophy semi-final?

 Probably not now that he's...... :onfire: and shaking like a leaf.

He'd be shaking more if he knew that his better half wasn't going to risk some vCash (equals to nothing in the real world) on him. :(

okay okay, till today I thought he might win it, and if he qualifies I reckon he still has a pretty good chance, so...... as I am a newbie, and I have no idea what vcash is... (so I know I'm gonna get totally conned with this)....I'll bet something. (but how do I know how much vcash I have or haven't got??)

Now I feel like an idiot, it says it under my avatar???
I only have 500 (how i got that I don't know) I would bet 400 on a win for Pat and 100 for a place??? (Can you tell I never bet on anything and have no idea)
god i hope he qualifies, coz if losing all my vcash means I kicked off the forum........(I'll have to find a way of stealing it from him!! :D )
You start of with 500 vcash, there's currently not an event set for the commonwealth cup, hence you can't bet on it atm.

I have no idea how this program is set up, but is there anyway that we can see who we have repped (the last 5 reps) so that we know to "spread it around" before we try to give it?
I may be wrong...but if you don't give rep very often (like once a week or something) after 2 -3 weeks you forget who you've given it to. Then you feel like a gumby when it tells you off!
(Well I feel like gumby anyway - but that's a usual mental state for me:silly: )
If its too hard so be it... I just thought it could be interesting.
And where did the members profile list go??? How can I spy on people and work out if I like them or not??? ;)
??!!??Another thing, it could be inappropriate to suggest {but I'm a weirdo and was going through the banned list for entertainment, and while some were obvious reasons, because of 'required edits', sometimes i couldn't work out why they were banned} is it possible that a brief reason is given for the banishment?? ie: irritating tone, or offensive language, or ingnored administrator's directive??? I understand if it's a NO!!

From the playing around i've done, there is no way to display to each individual who they've repped recently. No one else can tell if you get a message telling you to 'spread the reputation points around' so there's no need to feel like a gumby. :)

Good question.

ALOT of bannings were 'bots'. Computer created users who were posting spam messages and links to inappropriate websites. There was no need for us to give them a message as to why they were banned because there was no person to read it.
