Old arrows

With my new bow arriving soon I obviously can't wait to test it out. My new arrows won't be here for a few weeks so can I shoot my old ones until then?

Old bow: 50# 30" XX75 2016 and X7 1916 This used to shoot well at 50#.

New bow: 50-60# Max2000 Rapid cam.

I know the old arrows are going to be a tad soft but if I crank the Max down to 50#?

You may get better grouping from stiffer shafts, but you may not too. (Marcus the uncommital)

Apart from 9 arrows I shot through a club recurve the other day, these will be the first arrows I've shot in sixteen years. I'll be happy just to hit the butt... somewhere.
