custom strings?

hi all, i have a black Hoyt PowerTec and im looking at making my own string/ cables. i have a few colours in mind but i want to know what you people out there think would look good...?

so far im thinking of the following:

>Black & White
>Black & Pink
>Black & Fluro Green
>Blue & Fluro Green
>Pink & Orange

any other sugesstions?

Black and yellow looks alright, a guy at my club has a black hoyt with black and yellow strings.

Black/Orange (CMB50's OG)
Pink/Purple (Erika's 05 Ally)
Blue/Purple (Erika's 06 Ally)
Black/Green (dbjac)

Green/White (my current set, Boston Celtics)

Ive seen ugly green strands and red servings looked gay but matched the shooters ginger hair :) Im goinmg for the full goth look with my bow and have black strands and black serving (when I find the money to pay marcus for the serving) :)

Go the goth look! thats why im trying to keep black in atleast half of the string. my coach has acctually nik named me 'Black Boi', as all of my archery grear is black (minus my flights, but im working on that), so i thought i'd be a bit 'out there' and get coloured strings/cables. The top two on my list are Black & Fluro Pink or Black & Fluro green. So im going to make this a sort of unofficial poll. let it rip.

Yeah i've had the pink & orange suggestion before from a non-archer, and i thought it'd look a bit weird... different for sure, but weird. What other ideas do people have?

after much thought, i have decided to get...drum roll... all pink strings+cables, with pink serving and im redoing my arrows with 2 black and 1 pink flight! all this is happening in the 2nd week of the holidays, one of my freind's dads is going to do it for me/teach me for $20 and a 6 pack of burbon and coke! score! i WILL be posting pic's so keep an eye out... and i'll keep you posted. cya

lol no you hav'nt? and i only have black thngs at the moment. And if you can't come to grips with whatever incecurities you may have at the moment than thats your problem. ;) and anyway when was the last time you saw an entirely black setup with pink strings? i personally never have and thats why im doing it, to be different. :D
