Hi, peep problem is that the peep is hiting the one cable.

what kind of peep do you have?
fingers or release aid?
Brand and type of peep?
brand of strings?
Bow make and model?

heres my guess. you have a peep with that rubber tubbing to make sure it stays straight. try mounting the rubber tubbing onto the base of the y cable up the top.
