I recently had a new bowstring installed on my Pearson compound, and in doing so, the draw weight was reduced by about 10 lbs. Prior to the new string, the draw weight was in the neighborhood of 60-65 lbs. After the new string was installed, I had the shop test it, and if I remember correctly, they said the draw weight was 52 lbs. i tried to tighten down the limbs, but with all the play I had, I was only able to increase it to about 55 or 56 lbs. Does anyone know why this would occur and how I can restore the draw weight to the original?

Thanks.
Sam

string is longer :P LOL
2 guyz at my club did that they bought a darton with 50 Pound max and when they started it was too heavy so they put longer string to make thing easier
and now they just need to return to a normal lenght string to get the full poundage!
