bowtech creep tuning?

Does creep tuning or tuning for vertical nock travel apply to the binary cam?
Sorry if this has been discussed earlier but a search didn't reveal anything on the topic.

No, it doesn't, as far as I'm aware, because cam timing isn't an issue with the Binary cam. It could certainly be valid with a hybrid cam system, but shouldn't be with Binary.

Changing the cable lengths seems to change the tilt of the nock travel. That is: still reasonably straight, but the angle changes.

It tilts the whole thing. That is: straight but not perpendicular.
