Hi,

I'm new to the world of archery and I'm looking into buying a compound bow of ebay. I have a few questions, if you don't mind answering them, i'd be grateful.

- Is it essential to use a bow release on compound bows or can you just use a finger support?

-from the tip of my finger to my chest is 28 inches. If I buy a bow with a draw length of 30 inches, is this ok?

-what tips do you have for me when choosing a bow?

Thank you for your help,

Mike

Umm i wouldn't buy any bow at all unless you have gone to a club because the club will sort you out, especially with the draw length and what bows to choose read this:
