Archery Equipment Training

Hello all, I am wanting to start working on my own bows and doing my own fletching and eventually start my own business working of bows. I have been looking on the internet for some training classes to help get me going. If someone could point me in the right direction, I would be greatly appreciative.

I suspect that you'd be best off learning to shoot and work on your own gear - that'll give you a proper understanding of what you're doing. Going straight from nowhere to working on other people's gear doesn't seem like the best idea to me.
