Breakfast Taco: from a Roach Coach when i use to live in West L.A. / fried Cactus w/ Egg /Pepper Jack Cheese (queso) /Carne Asada beef / sometimes Chivo / habanero chilli :onfire:

and for Lunch and Dinner i like Al Pastor , or enchiladas and to drink either Budweiser or a large Horchata / and on the weekends a trim of some taco choca in Venice Beach which i usually trade for my burrito :beer_drink: ,

Seeing as Im Diabetic, the Taco must be low GI, hmm lean beef and rolled oats soaked in tomato sauce, served in a wholegrain taco with lite cheddar, guacamole and lite sour cream. :o
