find a club near you, everything will be explained, if it's not, ask and the people there will probably know and tell

At a club, they will select the correct gear for you and show you, in detail, how to shoot

But to be more precise: draw length can be measured using a marked extra-long arrow. Pull it to anchor and get a mate to note the length to the plunger button. Add 1.75" and a wee touch for clicker expansion.

Correct arrow length = draw length give or take a bit (warning: black magic involved here - refer to link above)

How do you anchor? Wow, that's a toughie. Should you anchor? Where should you anchor? What reference points should you use to confirm anchoring? (black magic - refer to link above)

Do I use a shelf on my tab? That's easy. NO! Whatever reference points you decide on for your "anchor" position, an anatomical rather than mechanical one will be less prone to variation and failure.
