Someone I know went on a hunt for wild boar lately. :smile:

He had a few broadheaded arrows on a bow mounted quiver. :smile:

Was sneaking under some branches when a branch caught one of his arrows. :-)

Arrow fell out of the quiver. :grin:

Broadhead on arrow cut string. :-D

String broke and he got a HUGE scare!

I'm sure a lot of folks know how it's like when a string breaks on a fairly high poundage bow. Somewhere around mid 50s. Bow was held in his hand behind his back then to prevent EXACTLY what happened from happening. To prevent branches from snagging on the bow or the bits on it. :D

I'm a self confessed tree hugger. I don't hunt and I wasn't there when it happened. And more mishaps will most probably happen to me if I try to take my 68 inch target bow into the forest.

Told to me by the guy who made him a new set of strings.

haha.. too bad we're the pore lil' island at your peninsula. we can't hunt rats or crows for nuts =X.we could hunt pigs at a pig farm if we paid the owner quite a lump sum. heh. IF we can find one, that is.

hmm. hunting sounds fuuunn. even if it's using a target bow. just that your chances of getting a kill is much less.
