I can have this motherboard for almost nothing... I know how to install and all that stuff. Nothing more than the Motherboard and the fan.But I want to know more about it cause for less than 10 $ it could be really nice and give a second life to my computer!
thanks guy! ( I just hope this thread won't give me bad rep this time...;) )

An AMD Sempron 3500+ is not a motherboard. It's a CPU.

Maybe that's why he's getting it for next to nothing. Someone rebadged a dodgy motherboard as an AMD Sempron. :D

hey,
if yoru compute works now, dont change it.... if you want it run better, get more RAM, if your not happy with that then you can buy new motherboard and CPU adn more ram... actually just buy new everything..

A new motherboard isn't going to speed your computer up. If you want it to go faster you'll need to upgrade whatever's slowing it down - which is most likely either a slow CPU or insufficient RAM. If you're talking about games it's more likely to be your graphics card.
Having said that you often can't just blindly upgrade things - you can't just swap from an ancient CPU to a new one, they don't fit on the same motherboards for example. If you don't know what you're doing with it, it's probably best to go to a store where they can tell you...
