Any of these will do the job, the Constitution and the Bishop are both world class bows and well under new prices.

I shoot a Hoyt Protec / XT3000 with fingers (A to A of 40") and like it. Plenty of other candidates though.

New Hoyt Montega @ 45" ata looks ok using the 3500 limbs but in answer to your question dependant on draw length anything from 40" to 45 is OK. I don't think there are any 48" ata bows left on the market. Probably depends on whether you want to GAP shoot or STRINGWALK, Shorter the bow more the finger pinch however i noticed all the yanks at Hervey appeared to be using 3 fingers to draw and one finger to hold? so there are ways around everything!

i dont get ya... at the moment i am shooting a martin jaguar at 45 lbs and i am not even point on at 80 but i do have a rather low ancor point so it really changes form person to person...

i dont string walk as it is but i have been interested to try it tho. is there any difference in requirement in what ata you would need to have for string walking. the other thing is that the Montega seems to be a bit slow for it large ata.

There's a guy in Brisbane called Rhys, he's probly if not one of the best finger compound shooter's in the world . His setup is a Pro-elite, XT 4000 limb with the Wheel .5 system, I think it's close to 48" ATA . I've seen him rock out 510-520 ifaa games , no sight , 12 inch stab only.

Rhys Aizlewood is one of the worlds premier barebow archers, but I dont think Id recommend the Proelite as a finger bow for all but the most experienced, mainly due to their cost. I remember that Archery Academy owner John Dabovich has some 2000 model Aspens, new, xt2000 and xt3000 limbs, these would be the bomb for a finger bow. I remember barebower Ed Hayes shooting one in the 3D worlds to good effect.

I think the Bowtech Constitution, or Hoyt Pro Elite would both make nice finger bows ;)

Benson Archery ( Hoyt Distributors ) retails the 06 Pro/Ultra Elite around the $1650 mark!
If your serious, I would spend a little more and go with a high end bow .

yeah you can shoot it finger i have got the por tec LXPRO same lenght as the pro elite and its extreamely nice to shoot with fingers, no finger pinch, smooth release everytime, the longer the better i think for fingers

Dave builds one of the best finger bows in the world.
His prices are exceptional for a fully custom built unit...and the new colours are stunning.

Matty , have a look at the Martin Razor x Elite . I am shooting one atthe moment , JB shoots one , and several others , with your draw length , you probably don't need the elite limbs just the standard ones . I got mine New from Archery mart for less than what you are thinking of spending .
( just shot a 1334 for the weekend with it one round was a 370 )

yeah i have had a look but the handle is a bit discouraging. i really like how the hoyt bows fit in to your hand, but they cost a lot. i do really like the sound of the ultra elite... however i have never used a shoot through bow before and think it could end up pissing me off having to feed the arrow in to it rather than laying in on there.
