Purple Hats

This event was held over the weekend and was a fantastic opportunity to meet and receive 1 on 1 coaching from one of the world's best archers.
I was unable to attend the first day due to exam preparations, however I was told by a variety of sources that it was extremely helpful. The first day covered equipment setup and ideal shooting form, and a variety of other topics.
On the 2nd day (Sunday) Clint was available to spend time with each archer individually and work out aspects of their form and equipment that could do with improvement. Each archer had allocated time and I found that this system worked extremely well. I know that all archers present were able to take something away to work on and improve.
Apparently we had over 60 compound archers attend, which is huge by WA standards, considering we only get around 80 of all types coming to the State Grand Prix events.
All in all it was a great event. Thanks go to:
Clint Freeman
Ken Birch (ASWA State Coach)
Sue Gliddon (ASWA Coaching Administrator)
Dale Nicholson for putting up with Clint for 4 days
I apologise if I missed anyone.
It would be great to see this sort of thing happening more around the country, as we certainly have a number of great archers and coaches that are only too willing to help.
Oh yeah: I forgot to mention that the whole thing only cost $20.00! FOR BOTH DAYS!
