Hey i think my arrows are underspined, they were good when i started (low poundage) but lately ive been putting the poundage up and i dont think the arrows fly well.

Ok whats you thoughts/arrow sergestions thanks.

Heres my specs
Martin Saber compound at around 43#
arrows iam shooting now are Beman Flash 750-14 they are around 29" including tips and nocks

How much did you go up in poundage? Did you check with a bow scale?

:P yer when i started i my stength was piss weak, my limb sockets looked dangerious how far they were wound out

What poundage are you on at the moment?

You went up by 15 - 20lbs. With those figures, I believe that you have yet to actually measure with a bowscale? A 5lb difference may be sufficient to send you up one spine). Best for you to actually measure your actual draw weight but yeah, you'll DEFINITELY need new arrows if the bolts are right on the riser now.

If you're shooting 43 pounds now as your first post suggests, and I'm assuming medium cams and 28" shaft length (taking off an inch for points and nocks), the Easton chart recommends about a 600-650 spine arrow.

The Beman chart recommends a 570 Flash, so yep, you're way underspined.

It would not have been difficult to look this up yourself ;)
