Cable Guard failure

I have a Reflex Extreme and it has just broken its second cable guard in eight months. The guard breaks close the riser where it goes into the housing, simply falling to the ground in a most un-dramatic way. Although I have gone to great lengths to reduce vibration through stabilizer selection and limb savers I am sure it is vibration that is causing metal fatigue and failure of the cable guard. Has anyone else experienced this type of problem?

Yes, on a PSE FIre Flight. I solved it by going to a top cable guard. The bow balenced better after that too!

Did the bow have a lot of vibration?

The bow I am shooting has a top cable guard so changing to that is not an option.
