Internode have just announced their new plans
As I can only get ADSl 1 in my area I took up the offer of the Power 20 plan
I went from 1500/256 to 8000/340 (not guaranteed) for and extra $10 a month
Windows says 7600
Actual is 6490/319 but this can vary
Good value until we get ADSL 2+ in our area

Same here......but it's been 24 hrs and I still haven't rolled over :(

Telstra does the switching not Internode

Why the hell is their ADSL2 20gb plan cheaper than their adsl1 8mb 20gb plan?

Because the ADSL2 plans use their own infrastructure. The ADSL1 plans use Telstra ports which they are charged for. Selling ADSL to the consumer for less then it costs the business is a good way to go bankrupt ;-)
