Don't think it is legal for 3DAAA. The 11 ring has to be centrally located inside the 10 ring I believe and 20% of the size of the 10 ring.
Am I reading this correct from the 2007 rules of shoot?

The lower zone in the 10 is scored as a 12 for the unmarked day of the ASA, the higher zone in the 10 is scored as a 12 on the second day of an ASA Tournament which is now marked distance. The zone inside the top corner of the 8 is scored as 14, this is in play on the marked distance day and also in the Pro shoot down.
