internet charging

i am looking for a program that will fix my problem..

the situation is that i am paying for the supply of internet to the house and also the standard rent that every one is paying. now what i want to do is find a program that will allow me to control how much ppl use the internet and have them pay me money in order to receive credit on there account to allow them to access the internet.

if any one has any ideas pleas let me know...

your after a proxy within which you can control users access by user name. i use Microsoft ISA server but i guess you are looking for something a little more ... homy. so....i got no idea.

go look up proxy with users on a google earch.

Look around for those programs which cybercafes use to monitor usage. Those will do the trick nicely. The ones I've seen locally were all custom written so I can't quote you any software names.

yeah i am looking for a program that i can just install on the other computers and then control form my owe machine. so you could say i want something homy.
how is it that isa server does this for you? i have just started working with isa at school as i am an I.T assistant.
