I asked someone from Dubbo last year about an archery club in Dubbo and they said there were none. They were not an archery person but they seemed to know what they were talking about. :-?
Very surprising, I would have thought there would be some thing in a town that size.

Enseth,
There used to be two archery clubs in Dubbo, the Mathews RSL affiliated club and the Talbragar club.
The Talbragar club is still a member of ASNSW and their contact is Don Beal who is presently the ASNSW Officials Administrator. You can have a look at the contact details on the ASNSW website at
www.archerynsw.com
(Hey, how do you hyperlink this thing).
OK, I see that it is now hyperlinked, but did not appear to be so in the submission page.

Nigel how did you go finding a club in Dubbo?
I don't think there is one, we have had 3 young archers from Dubbo shooting at our club for the last couple of shoots, and they say there is nothing there "yet".

Yea your right Robbo. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any sought of club at all, which is rather surprising for a town of that size.

Yeah I was surprised.
They are going to try and get a club going. They said they have about 8 interested.
A few more and a club would be possible, assuming there are enough that want to do the work. :fist:
