Why would there be a beeping noise coming from my PC tower when my son plays games ? It happens when he is tapping the keys alot . Overload maybe ?

Sometimes BIOSes get upset if you whack too many keys too quickly - I've only seen it at boot before, not once things are actually running. Just a thought.

due to the nature of the keyboard may not be able to register more than 4 at once (give or take due to type of keyboard). and can somtimes make the computer stroppy. nothing to worry about

either ignore it or get a keyboard that registers more keystrokes (costs a bit more though)

Or it could simply be the keystroke buffer filling up, especially if he is holding keys down.

I wouldn't worry that much (unless the beep is really annoying!!!)

Sounds like the Sticky Keys notification. I disable mine because I do play some games which require certain keys to be held down for quite some time.

Zboard gaming Keyboard is good if you start to get annoyed at teh beeping. registers up to 9 keystrokes at once. and unlike most other gaming keyboards you can swap between the normal typing keyset and a gaming one. prices vary between $80 -$100... but is much better than the Logitech equivalent (G15 about $170). though most USB keyboards should register up to 5-6 strokes at a time and hopefully the beep will go away.
