Yeehah! I love Geelong's course. Once you have gone around it it feels like you have shot under 4 different terrains. Can't wait!
Hey Jason!!
Just double checking - the flyer for the Warralong shoot says 'Saturday 1st April' - but Saturday is the 31st of March!
Is the shoot on Saturday 31st March or Sunday 1st April?!
cheers,
kg

Very sorry I won't be able to attend this shoot :(
Geelong has a great course, and I was looking forward to shooting it again, but when I looked on our calendar at home last night, I found out we have a 1st birthday party to attend.
Have a great shoot guys ;)

I got caught in the fun run traffic last year, Citilink and the Westgate brige closed at the same time, take careful note of the above instructions and leave early,
or better still if you are SG recurve disregard above :-)
Avoid the city altogether, and take the top route - TJ & are going to take the Eastern fwy all the way in, around the cemetary, past the zoo, along Racecourse Rd, past Flemington racecourse down Smithfield, then out the Geelong Road.
Longer, but fingers crossed no foot-traffic :-)

Awesome shoot. Perfect weather and teh course A1 as usual.
Make sure you all shoot this one next year, many first timers today were blown away by some of the shots. They are not difficult, but just very very interesting. It's not an easy course, but not impossible either.

Bit annoyed by my miss on my last arrow (letting down with an Evo is not wise without hitting the safety). However was not alone. Jarrad had a miss, Primal 2, and Hannah 3 on one target. :o
Alan Weston and Erika were a class above the rest today though. :thumb:
Hopefully Bruce posts some pictures. ;)

My first field shoot with the Guardian and given that I'm not a field shooter, I can't complain about how I shot.... well I can (1 ruddy point grumble mutter).

You are right. Totally hot, rather sexy, very desirable, nice curves, and irresistible. Nothing like a pair of Bowtech to get a man's heart pumping. I see that Erika and Hannah are in the photo too.
