State Clout

The State Clout is on June 9th At YVA.
For anbody who is interested we will be holding several practice days before the event, for people who do not get a chance to shot clout.
Anbody who would like to have a go the, first day will be on the 12th May Starting at about 10am.
I Know that a lot of archers don't bother with clout, but we would like to see a lot more of shooters there this year, Including the Top Shooters.
Please let your Members know of the first date.

I will probably attend, but not with my compound bow. I would bring my longbow, and not expect to score very much (trying to get about 200 for 6 ends, and I would want to shoot 180 Metres, not the 140 Metres that seems to be the lot of longbowers).

Firstly, I hate Clout. However I was planning on coming to it this year, however will be in Hobart at that time. Sorry about that. :( I hope it goes well.
Anything less that 180 metres with ANY bow is pathetic. I remember as a junior I had to shoot 140m (or something like that) very hard to do with a 50# compound that could hit a real target at that distance.

The first Practice day is on sunday & it looks like we will have a fine day for it. So come on over for a freindly days shooting. We will there from 10am and will be starting scoreing about 11am. If you cant make it that early the come after lunch starting about 1pm.
