Can anyone tell me if there would be a problem with installing Office XP onto Windows Vista?

Office XP works fine on Vista ;)

I am thinking about getting the kids a Toshiba Laptop 1.73 core duo?,to do there homework etc on. Trying to save a bit bit by using what software I have.
