help with Itunes

hey everyone,

i recently downloaded the new version of Itunes (7.3) and it installs fine onto the computer (windows xp home edition) but when i go to launch it however, it then causes the moniter to flicker off for a second and then back on with the icons on the screen appearing in a bigger font size something like safe mode on your computer looks like. this only occurs when i attempted to open itunes. ive tried uninstalling it and reinstalling still dosent fix it as well as uninstalling, deleting the setup and redownloading that and nothing also the weird thing is that when i close itunes the computer resumes having a normal sized font.HELP im really stuck i have an ipod (30G video) and i cant plug it into the computer via usb for fear of this occuring can anyone help me at all ???any ideas would be appreciated.

Sounds more likely that the screen's changing resolution than the font size is changing?
Either way, Itunes shouldn't be dicking with it, it seems strange - although not surprising...

find out what your resolution is at normal, if its been screwed with then you may be having smaller icons etc because your res is set different to what it should be. if its at 1280 x 800 then you should be right. if not try changin it to this setting. if all else fails find another source to get itunes from!

in the end it was the resoloution of the screen it was far lower than that of normal so that was what made it all weird but i changed it back so there should be no more problems thanks again

now i need help with Itunes plz ; now i hav one of those video ipods , when i go into itunes its all plug in , i at my music video clip eg = slipknot - duality.mpg .... into the movie section.. then it goes the converting to ipod nd when it is done that i load it onto my ipod nd guest wat i get video BUT NO audio , can some help me on wat other program i need to convert the music or something else. thanx

i use something called videora ipod converter it works fine, ive converted heaps of movies and stuff to put onto my ipod video. just search it in google. hopefully that helps.
