Well done to DVA's Geoff Harrison who shot a 298 Aust 1 Indoor last night. Dropped in the 1st and 3rd ends.
Last year Geoff was struggling with punching and before last night had not broken 290. After the last 7 months on an Evolution has shown some monster scores like this. Geoff is using a Hoyt UltraElite, X7's and a Doinker Elite stabilizer.
Well done! :thumb:

I was there and was asked not to spill the beans... it was hard to zip the lip. A pleasure to watch too, just kept drilling the middle of the target. looked very confident consistant and composed when shooting, took his time and deliberatly shot every single arrow. very controlled. very nice shooting. didnt let the preasure get to him either.

His mental game was all there :D

WELL DONE !!!!

Bit to early to say there. But in that time hopefully Geoff can produce some big scores.

Great point Kerrie, forgot about that.
Geoff missed the Nationals because he had a dinner fork break in his bow arm requiring a number of operations. Neat picture that one.

WTF!!!

he was trying to eat his bowarm, what's all that about?

"I'll have the bacon double chesseburger with bowarm please"

"Certainly sir, would you like fries with that"

"no thanks, I'm an athlete"

"eat in or take away"

"take away..you got a problem with that, I'm an athlete"

"no problem sir, have a nice day, enjoy your bowarm"

"I will, I'm an athlete"

"AHHHH!!!.....don't believe it, this bowarm's got an armguard on it, how am I supposed to eat that"

"Sir, you're an athlete!!!, have a nice day." :)
