Same as the indoor target one.
except someone does it on a bugs eye.
In field it can be a little different because a judge isnt as accessable.
What would you do if they shot 4 arrows and you had to make the call on them.

Same as the other one.
Write it down so it's
5 - 5 - 5 - 4 (wrong target)
So that is
5 - 5 - 5 - M
So from those 4 shots take away the highest scoring arrow. (or take the three lowest scoring arrows)
5 - 5 - M
You score 10 & a box of Kleenex ;)

I don't like it but its the same in IFAA as well shoot a wrong target and its a miss. Who's to say you weren't aiming at the right target and finched four times.

as soon as you have a miss you only score your lowest two scoring arrows, if you have two misses then it's your lowest scoring arrow. Every arrow shot in addition to the three allowed is considered a miss. If you have three 'misses' you automatically score zero. If you can't count up to three you should not be on the field course. :)

The easiest thing to do is record all the scores - in this case 5 - 5 - 5 -4 - count the 4 as a miss - and then take the 3 lowest scores - 5 - 5 - M
Forget about the highest scoring arrow, just take the 3 lowest - deux chiens is quite correct!
