Well they are both based on similar formats. The last one was based on this one. This is a commercial version which I've gone to as it's finished and gives me time to work on other projects.

Features in this board though are:

Better moderator and admin abilities
Better control over rooms.
Stickies and annoucements
Polls
Better control over text
Rooms for members only (if you want a room for your club executive for example only readable by selected members it can be done.
Better Private Message system
