Do every FITA registered tournaments gives you points?
Or is that only few tournaments?
If so, how do you, as an organizer, can make sure the archers take part in your tournament can get some?!?

You have to have more than three countries participating, I believe ... ?

Sherbrooke had a world ranking event in Field only a few weeks ago.

The organisers have to apply to FITA for WR status. There are certain requirements - the 3 country thing being the most notable.

There is no such rule as far as I am aware.
Remember that three ranking factors are applied to the event - quality, quantity, and age of the event - the quality factor is based on the number of archers participating who ranked in the top 50 positions on the world ranking list as of the start of the event, as well as the top three positions for archers in one continental association in addition to those in the top 50 positions overall.
Quantity factor is how many shooters are competing (65 shooters = quality factor of 1, 33-64 is 0.9, etc.)
Period- the value of the event in the list calculation decreases with time- for a low-factor event, the total factor can go to zero very quickly.
Olympic Games and World Championships have a fixed factor of 5.
World Cup events have a fixed ranking factor of 4.5 for all events.
So for your event, quality x quantity x time = ranking factor- this will be a very low number for most antipodal events, unfortunately.

I haven't ever applied for world ranking status for a tournament, that's what I was told by our ex-national secretary.
I was under the impression that such a rule existed so you couldn't run WR events unless some other part of the world actually came to compete. Otherwise a country could conceivably register every one of their events as WR, which would presumably give their archers quite a boost, unless the quality system is a lot more cunning than I'm giving it credit for.

That was a few years ago though, so may no longer be the case.
Would be much easier if we could edit posts in this forum...
