Just rushed home from the club to tell you all about the PB I shot today. When we were all there, we decided that the guys needed practice on a Long FITA, so we shot one.

I managed to shoot a PB of 339 at 50m and a PB of 357 at 30m with an overall PB of 1340. My previous PB was a 1335.

I wasn't too far off my pb's for 90m or 70m either (I was only down by 6 at 90, haven't shot it for a while though).

lemme tell you a secret. you shoot better than any guy i know where I come from.

keep shooting the fita 90

i reckon with all the advances in compound and the high let offs men and women should be able to compete equally in the same compound division.
