I will be looking at redoing this site in the next few months. I will probably keep the design the same (however will be adding different archers to the top heading). Is there anything that people would like to see on here? Are there features you are not interested in? Any that are unfinished that you want to see finished?
I currently have the following ideas, please feel free to comment:
News: Improve design
Notice Board: Unsure.
Calendar: Add more Dates
Tour. Expand or trash.
Trophy: Require interest before building
Juniors: As Trophy
Honour Roll: Will remove, too hard to maintain.
Tour: Will improve
Links: Keep same
Rounds: Will place off main nav area
Forum: Will not change
Equip.: Will remove
DVA Tour.: Will build closer to DVA Diamond Pile
Contact: Will keep same.
Am thinking of building a better archer profile system, would anyone like to see that? Any other ideas?

Here are my thoughts....
News: I like the new format
Notice Board: I think notice board is exceptional as it is, maybe from time to time just deleting old posts if necessary.
Calendar: Add more Dates please, ABA/IFAA would be good. I can help with these dates if required.
Tour. Expand or trash.
Trophy: I agree, need some more interest.
Juniors: Maybe we can drum up someone to help with this. There are some people doing some work with juniors at the club at the moment, they might be interested to 'run' the junior section.
Honour Roll: I would be happy to maintain the honour roll if it will help, I think it's a good section and would be a shame to lose it.
Tour: Will improve
Links: Keep same
Rounds: Will place off main nav area, maybe include ABA/IFAA field rounds (I can help with this if necessary).
Forum: Will not change
Equip.: Will remove
DVA Tour.: Will build closer to DVA Diamond Pile
Contact: Will keep same
I would definately like to see an archer profile system. Are you thinking of incorporating this with the Honour roll, or something dedicated to profiling archers, with archers able to post there own profile? (see Archery Network Shooter Profiles (http://www.archerynetwork.net/profiles.htm) for what I mean about this type of profile system).

Yeah I will remove the Axis post after a few more pop up.
Calendar: Add more Dates please, ABA/IFAA would be good. I can help with these dates if required.
That would be great if you could supply me with dates, even the current DVA calendar in digital copy would be good.
Tour. Expand or trash.
hhmm, I think I'll expand.
Trophy: I agree, need some more interest.
{*b}Hear that bowhunters out there. Tell me here you want to post your hunt pictures and I'll build this bit {b*}
Juniors: Maybe we can drum up someone to help with this. There are some people doing some work with juniors at the club at the moment, they might be interested to 'run' the junior section.
Really? Hadn't noticed. (not sacastic) We have juniors? Get whoever it is to jump onto the forum. I'm hoping to bring back the AV Junior Diamond Pile tournamnet too, should make it a cross AV/ABA tournament if possible to get our juniors going.
Honour Roll: I would be happy to maintain the honour roll if it will help, I think it's a good section and would be a shame to lose it.
That would be great. I had on here those who had shot in the IFAA postal. I'll redisgn it so it's prettier too. Also put more info on equipment there as well.
Rounds: Will place off main nav area, maybe include ABA/IFAA field rounds (I can help with this if necessary).
I won't say no!
Thanks for that feedback.

Hey, I like the sound of the Junior Diamond Pile incorporating both ABA and AV Juniors. Maybe we can have some target for the juniors as well as some marked field (maybe a special marked 3D round for the juniors) or just marked IFAA or FITA field, it could be unmarked if you like of course, but a marked round would probably be a little more forgiving for juniors, as well as a gentler introduction to field for the AV juniors who might not have even seen the field course before. What do you reckon?
I'm going to the club on Sunday, and will chase up the person to whom I am referring re: running the juniors and see if she is interested in participating in a junior section here.

hhmmm, a marked 3D round would be very cool, might bring some AV archers outta the woodwork. The Junior scene is very poor I believe in Av right now, need something to drum up interest.

Well there is is, the New DVA site. Still some bits and pieces to clean up, but this format will allow me to really improve the features and hopefully get even more traffic.
Let me know what {*GREEN}EVERYONE{FONT*} thinks.
