I just turned 18 in June, but started when I was 14! So it is 4 years for me!

Blimey! What sort of scores are you shooting at the moment (FITAs)?

For a 300 round I will usually shoot around 275 with my tried and true Gold Medalist

Fita 18 face or Fita 25 size?

If it's the same size as the FIta25 then we have something in the UK called a portsmouth which is 60 arrows. My best for that is 579 recurve or 561 compound!

You shoot a higher score with your recurve then you do with your compound? :-?

I'm not sure what size target. The same one used in the Vegas Tournement if you know what that is.

Yeah but the compound score is a better handicap because it's the inner 10! So it's a lot bigger for recurves. So far in comparison though i'm better with a recurve than I am compound. (at the moment)!

yer, its not surprising that people will tend to shoot better with recurve. compounders will shoot a lot higher scores, but actual shooting rankings will tend to be better with recurve
