How can I select the right arrows for my compound bow? Easton chart, some software, a special test?

Thanks

All of the above and see quote below

No problem Pete.
The only way to really know is to try lots of arrow spines. I usually go with what the charts say and they seem to shoot well enough. Perhaps get yourself 3 of a size and try those before buying a full 12.

Best thing to do is follow the advise in Mastering Archery Technique Analysis and your grip problems will be no more.

The longer I am in Compound archery, the more I am coming to the conclusion of "anything goes if it works for you"
A top compounder here in SA, David Balmer, who is shooting some amazing scores (886 FITA 900 etc. etc.) is using :-
48lb (yes, - 48lb)Compound
Overdraw (very short shafts)
ACE 400's or so.
& swears they are the best for grouping & ideal.
If you go by the charts, this looks insane, but they all lob in the 10, I can assure you.  :-?
