Yes! A psychology forum! Archery is such a psychological sport. I find I have problems because my brain gets in the way. Shooting an X is easy. Shooting 60 in a row is HARD!

Yes, good opportunity for discussion, and a Moderator experienced in the area. Should be interesting.
Out of the various aspects of archery: equipment, technique, fitness, and mental, it is quite easy to get equipment in order, reasonably straightforward to get technique satisfactorily adequate, should be easy to get fitness in order (but most of us ingore it), and quite difficult to fix the mental bit. Hence, understanding the mental bit is important, and knowing how to put it into practice a key to better performance.

this is a great idea. I belive that you can shoot alright if your form s good and you have good equipment. but if you don't have the mental game down you won't be able to compete well at all.

I can't bare the though of what new section would have poped up in my abscence!
