Have it ever been tried to steady your elbow, shoulder and wrist with elastic bands with the object i n mind to get a steadier bow hand???

Weird though and we don't want to run around looking like mummies, but
could it help you during training to get accustomed to the right positioning of your joints??

Any comments would be appreciated.

(Just trying to have a new aproach towards things, sooner or later something usefull might even turn up)

One useful strategy the crossbow archers use is to wear a wide, tight belt.

Jim, Isn't that to stabilise the front stabilisation device?

I have a nice wide belt for my Quiver, and do it up quite firmly when I am shooting with a view to helping me keep my body a little more rigid.

What's the name for those artificial rhelpers of the body?...

Seriously, you'd better consider a good strenghtening program in order to avoid tourniquets and the feeling of pins and needles in the arm and hand... :fadein:
