Hi Has any one tried to use a mirror a right angle to them selves to get an idea of there shooting for if so was it usefull .As I have no one to tell me if my for is ok, my wife has no idea what is wrong what is right(just like me most of the time) thanks Robert :-?

Yep...I got three huge wall mirrors from a clearance sale.

They are setup in my shed so you can see yourself shoot.

After I finish shooting, I put them back in the bedroom :lol: :lol: 8)

CW uses the full length mirrors on the bedroom wardrobes when using the theraband and has one on a stand when shooting or doing SPT while watching TV :D

If you can get 3 huge mirrors, try and see if you can arrange them like in an elevator. That way you can see pretty much every useful angle without turning your head. Else, just use an elevator and be prepared for the funny looks :)

I've tried to use mirrors before, and while it was slightly useful when I had only been shooting for a couple of years, I find that it affects my form too much - I always seem to turn my head towards the mirror subconsciously, changing my anchor + draw length. All that can be said is that there is no substitute for a coach who can analyse and change your form from an external point of view.
