Is there a problem with one person having more than one position on the committee?

Say secretary/treasurer or president/ABA rep ETC.

No, however I don't believe 1 person can hold 2 executive positions.
For example at my club my Dad is President and Beginners coach. I am Webmaster, AA Tour. Dir. and Intermediate coach.

Which positions are the excecutive positions?

President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, are there any others?

A lot of the people holding positions in our club have indicated they will not be standing again this year, and as there are only a few adults left interested/semi interested, some of us may have to hold more than one position.

Those are the four executive positions.
By law you must have these filled if you are an incorporated body.
What you may have to do is fill the positions but have someone else do the work.
For example Fred Flintstone may be officially called Treasurer, however the President may do the actual job.

Yours is a common problem Robbo, hope you get it sorted out.

If you need to be sure robbo, have a look at the Associations Incorporation Act 1991, I think it is the right one: :-?
