Anyone have any experience with drop away rests?
I put a Trophy Taker on my Buckmaster and it works great. I just bought an UItratec and the trophy taker doesn't easily fit so I am considering a NAP QuickTune 4000. While I was buying my bow an old aquantance showed up at the archery shop, he was having problems tuning his NAP 2000 drop away, a less adjustable version of the 4000. The guy at the shop said he has had success with some installations of these rests and problems with others. I searched the web and only found a few articles on the NAP 4000, all positive.

Hey wtf cant say I have any experience with your setup but have had no trouble converting the majority of popular rests to dropaway configuration just by reversing the spring and connecting to the busscable, successes to date include the mathews golden premier and quicktune 1 and 3000 rests, see no need to buy a dropaway specific arrow rest, Cheers

Otherwise if you use a release aid check out the Bernadini drop down. They cost about $95 Australian and are awesome. Simple and consistant.
