How do I level this sight? I could go through some trial and error, but if someone knows which screws to turn and how to adjust them it would save me a bunch of time.

I also want to change the angle of the bar slightly. Am I right in thinking that the only way to do this is to shim the bracket that attaches to the bow?

I have one of these sights and they rock. There are 2 screws on the back of the bar that attaches to the sight block. These will change the bar angle. However this can also effect your windage as you move back so I recommend being careful with it.
I found that I had to cant one way all the time, so I set the bar and then close my eyes, draw, settled and then checked the bubble. It was off so I swiveled the head at the front of the sight. There are 2 screws, one on top and one below. Both use a flat head screwdriver. Undo and adjust. Make sure you do them back up tight again, however too much force can damage the sight head.
Fortunatly there are few adjustments possible on it so you shouldn't go too far wrong.
