snapping out of it

When your in the middle of a shoot and for some reason you just can't hit the middle what do you all do to "Snap out of it" ? I try to just go back to good basic form and everything gets back on track.

I know this one very well.
I am developing a series of actions I need to complete to return back into the rhythem. For example shooting FITA indoor the other night I would go through patches of only hitting 9's. To counter this I slow down my heart rate and rotate the release more so the trigger is deeper into the thumb. Helps big time.

Look for a brick wall, if brick can't be found then a good solid wooden wall will suffice. Approach said wall and commence head butting it until you can't think anymore, then calmly stagger back to the shooting line and everything should now be back on track. :D
