Thinking about getting one of these in 6x but have a few questions...
Who's using these? What are your thoughts on the product? Was thinking about getting a dot and medium ring???, but how big is ring in diameter? And scope diameter for that matter...
Anybody using a clarifier with it? If so which one? How clear is it? What size is your aperture size and how much can you see of scope housing/level though the peep?
Thanks for any input.

Who's using them? About half this board are. :)
Myself
Eberbachl
Leigh Cornish (of course)
Mike
James Park
Gareth (when he shot compound)
Bryce Lee
to name a few.
Personally I'm rapt with mine, I can't answer your other questions, however Leigh can and he visits this board. For more info check out http://titan.archery-forum.com
And don't forget you can buy them online from us. :)

I have two - best scopes I have ever used, by far.
Selling about five other types I no longer use (no way I will ever go back to them after using the Titan), very cheap!
I use 6x with a ring and a very tiny dot.
I have selected the ring size to match the full 9-ring at 70M (also matches the 9-ring at 50M on the 80cm FITA face).
Just a small correction, I am not currently using a Titan scope, however, I would use one if I could afford a new scope (I am using an old crappy "gold scope" I think it is called -- tiny diameter and only 4 power and the bubble is hopeless!!)
Being a student takes an awful toll on my archery career.

Sorry Mike, thought I saw one in a picture of you shooting. :(
If the photo was from about a year ago then yes, I would have been using one -- my girlfriend is now using that one.
One other thought
As it turns out I dont think I could use a Titan with my current set up as I would not get clearance below the scope at 90m. This is a product of the small peep to arrow distance I use (94mm).
I am not about to change either the peep to arrow distance or the peep to scope distance because everything is working so well at the moment -- recently in practise shot a 662 Woollongong (first half of mens FITA) followed by a 689 Launceston (second half)
Anyway, how much are you selling them for Jim and what are they?
Glen congrats on wanting to buy the titan scope, it's a great quality scope. I used the 4 X power as I was also shooting a clarifier peep. After about a week with the titan scope I replaced the clarifier peep with a normal one as I wanted to see the difference. Not alot of difference really. Some others on this forum use a 6 power but it's a personal thing. All I can say is that it is a great scope and don't waste money by buying a more expensive one thinking it'll be better like I did ! Bullseye scopes are great my ass !! Think I used that scope twice ! Go for the titan, you won't be dissapointed !

Gareth,
Know what you mean by the BullsEye...got a millenium, and it's, well, hohum...
Would like to know the diameter approx. of the ring. Noticed they came in small medium and large...

James,
What ring size did you select out of curiosity? I would've have selected one based on the same criteria that you listed.

Oh dash it I'll take a risk and buy it.
Damm it!!!!...it's crap and makes my SureLoc falls to bits faster then it's already falling to bits  ..........why did I rush into buying that bloody scope

...Hey Mike, get a CyberTec  :P (just joking.....)
But seriously Glenn, the Titan rocks. I have one about a year old and it's great. You can read my absolutely objective testimonial at the titan site (http://titan.archery-forum.com/test.php (http://titan.archery-forum.com/test.php)).
The diameter of the Tiatn scope is according to my tape measure is approx 35mm, which IMHO is a tad small for field, but really quite versatile.
I use a Fletcher true peep, small size, and the peep aperture frames nicely with the 35mm scope housing, showing pretty much exactly the lens and bubble, no more, no less.
I use a Spec. Archery tiny flouro yellow dot, and a medium black ring.......sorry don't know the exact size of the ring, but it works well for me :). I guess the ring covers about..........oh who am I kidding? I don't know how much the ring covers, I'll try and remember to check next time I'm at the club :)
One small word of advice though, I recntly discovered that mine is an older glass lens, and although the newer plastic lenses are excellent quality and inexpensive to replace, they do scratch easily, so be careful of them...
LUKE
If I got the CyberTec I'd be shooting the bloody arrow THROUGH THE SCOPE to even come close to getting 90m!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd probably have to shot over the scope!!!!
I'm sure that Noel will agree with this!!!!
No, I'm being unfair, by the way, has Hoyt managed a bow above 250 fps yet??? :P :P
I'm joking, as you all know I am not into silly product comparisons, but, Luke, you did ask for it!

8) My CyberTec, 59lbs, XT2000 limbs, Command Cam +, ACE520's= 307FPS 8)
HHMMMM.....if the CyberTec is shooting through the scope at 90, I wonder where the High Country is shooting

The opposite of where your aiming
You Hoyt shooters are all the same -- totally one eyed and afraid to admit the ugly truth....
At least some of the rest of us can get an arrow on the target at 90m. :P :P Just joking.
Any way, Paul, if you'd had a high country it would have been a 1400 not a 1397!!!
(sorry, that was a little below the belt    I have never even come close to that sort of score  )
I really should stop this, but its too easy to get carried awy when there's miles of cable between us. And I'm not referring to the miles of broken Hoyt cables and strings that lie at every Hoyt shooter's feet. :P :P
Any way, the new Hoyts do look pretty good. I have to admit that. They even have a few good shooters using them (one or two, actually a few more than that).

hehe.....you anti Hoyters Bite easy
Everyone keeps refering to my 1397.....it was only a practice score not a tournament
But it felt pretty good to get up that high.......got to work on my FITA star scores
I was only joking!!!
I can assure the forum that I have absolutely no allegiance to any brand of bow whatsoever. I happen to shoot a high country because it was the best I could afford at the time. Thats the only reason. I would happily shoot a hoyt or anything else that I could shoot well.
We need another 1400 shooter in this country, so good luck Paul, hope you can do it at the Nationals perhaps (that way you get a Gold 1400 star) :D

I know your joking

I have a large range of dots and circles which should suit everone.
They are also available from me or your local Titan dealer on Gunstar cards at Aust$12.00. see website http://www.dhawk.com/gunstar.htm
I only have Orange or Black which suit most people.

Yeah sorry you are right, it sucked! :o
Not enough praise given to our archers when they shoot well in this country.
